When Understanding Isn't Enough – Psychotherapy You Feel in Your Body

You know the feeling? You understand your patterns exactly, but somehow you stay stuck. Many of my clients experience this: they get their issues, can analyze them – but nothing changes. The body experiences everything we do – but we often forget about it. Our body has its own knowing. Real change needs more than insight – it needs experience.

In my work, I combine talk therapy with yoga. Each session begins with a brief conversation: Where are you right now? Then we move into an asana practice that fits your theme. Want to learn to trust more? Looking for a way to release stored emotions? Or need grounding? The body offers direct access – without the detour through the analyzing mind.

​

This work is based on the Daoist idea that everything is in flux. Often we use our strengths so much that they become weaknesses – control becomes rigidity, care becomes self-abandonment. In the connection of body and mind, you find your way back to balance. Here you can not just think new paths, but feel and embody them.
