YOGA CLASSES

Why Practice Together Matters

There's something that happens in a room full of people moving and breathing together that you can't get anywhere else. It's not just about learning poses or following instructions – it's about feeling part of something bigger than yourself.

Something shifts when we practice as a group. You're not just doing yoga – you're held by a collective energy that makes things possible you couldn't access alone.

My classes mix strong, challenging sequences with deep restorative work. We need both. To rise, we need courage – the willingness to push our edges and discover our strength. But we also need to know when to soften, when to restore. This balance is what the Daoist tradition teaches: too much of one thing tips into its opposite.

In the group, you learn from everyone around you. You see someone shake in a pose and realize struggle is normal. You watch someone breathe through difficulty and remember you can too. You notice someone find stillness in chaos and it reminds you that peace is always available. The group becomes a mirror – showing you what's possible, reminding you you're not alone in this. On hard days, the room holds you. That's the gift of practicing together.

I teach private classes in my tiny studio (max. 7 ppl). If you would like to join reach out to me and sign up to my newsletter for getting updates on upcoming classes.
